Bombay Bhel

Bhel Puri is popular street food in India. Made using puffed rice, vegetables, spices and chutneys, it is a treat to the taste buds. Here is a simple step by step recipe of how to make it.


Ingredients: (1 serve) - 2 cups Puffed Rice (Mamra) - 3 tsp Coriander Mint Chutney - 3 tsp Tamarind Chutney - 1/2 cup Onion (Finely Chopped) - 1/2 cup Tomato (Finely Chopped) - 1 tsp Green Chilli (Chopped) - 3 tbsp Fresh Coriander (Chopped) - 1/2 cup Boiled Potato (Cubed) - Salt to taste - 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Chaat Masala - 2 tbsp Lemon Juice - 1/4cup Nylon Sev Recipe: 1. Add puffed rice in a bowl. 2. Add all the vegetables to the puffed rice. 3. Mix well. 4. Add chutneys, salt, chaat masala and red chilli powder and mix well. 4. Transfer the bhelpuri in serving bowl and garnish with nylon sev and coriander. 5. Serve immediately.
