Chocolate Cake (Eggless)

The Best Chocolate Cake Recipe – A one bowl chocolate cake recipe that is quick, easy, and delicious! This is an eggless option. Here, fresh strawberries are used in the recipe to make it even more delicious.

Ingredients: - 1 cup milk - 1/4 cup oil - 1/2 cup castor sugar - 3/4 cup wheat flour / all purpose flour - 4 tbsp cocoa powder - 1/2 tsp salt - 1 tsp baking soda - 1 tbsp vinegar - 1 tsp vanilla essence - 1 cup chocolate - 1 cup cream - chopped strawberries Recipe: 1. In a bowl, mix milk, oil and sugar. Stir the sugar completely dissolves 2. Add vinegar, vanilla essence and salt to the liquid mix. Mix it properly. This is called as wet mix. 3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. This is called as dry mix. 4. Add dry mix to wet mix in batches followed by proper stirring. The resultant batter must have a flowable consistency. 5. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and oil. If you don't have a parchment paper, you can dust the baking tray with butter and flour. 6. Pour the batter and spread it evenly. 7. Bake it in an oven at 180° for 15 mins. 8. Take the cake out, and let it cool for some time. Take the cake out of the mould and remove the parchment paper. 9. Cut the cake from centre to get two cakes. 10. On the bottom part, apply chocolate ganache in the centre. Place strawberries on it. 11. Carefully put the other cake piece on top of it. 12. Apply chocolate ganache all over it. 13. Spread white chocolate chips on top of the cake and decorate with fresh strawberries.

Chocolate ganache recipe: 1. Place finely chopped chocolate into a heat-proof glass or metal bowl. 2. Heat cream on the stovetop until just simmering. 3. If it’s boiling, the cream is too hot and could separate or even burn the chocolate. Once you see little simmers around the edges, turn off the heat and immediately pour the warm cream over the chocolate. 4. Let the two sit for a few minutes before stirring. Stir until smooth.
