Fudgy Brownies

Who dosent like brownies right!

From celebrations to heartbreaks to casual diner, brownies always have a spot on the dinner table.


Talking about experiencing paradise on a low budget, these fudgy brownies are your backpack. They are easy to make, super yummy and well chocolaty.


These fudgy chocolate brownies are your favorite late cravings. The fudgy texture of these brownies, the flaky layer on top and the rich intense flavor make this recipe a total winner. It is an absolutely no-fuss recipe that is very simple to make.


Ingredients:

- 1 cup dark chocolate (chopped)

- ½ cup butter

- 1 cup caster sugar

- ½ cup all purpose flour. I use wheat flour to make it healthy.

- 1 tsp baking powder

- 3 tbsp cocoa powder

- 1 cup yogurt or 2 eggs

- ½ cup crushed Walnuts or almonds


Here's the recipe :

- Butter a square pan and pre-heat your oven to 180C.

- Put a pan on low heat and let butter and chocolate melt. Set is aside to cool down.

- In a bowl mix sugar and yogurt (or eggs).

- Add the cooled chocolate mixture to the above bowl.

- Add flour, cocoa powder and baking powder to the bowl. Also add the walnuts.

- Mix the batter properly and transfer it the baking dish.

- Bake at 180C for 30 minutes-35 minutes. Let the brownies cool completely before you try and cut them.

- Eat it fresh or with vanilla ice cream for a complete dessert paradise.
