Depression is real.
Don’t keep it in. Share it with someone – family, friends or a doctor.
Today’s Uncanny Truth - Poem
The truth is people do not want to talk to each other.
They do not want to share what they are feeling. What they are going through. They do not mind speaking to a stranger behind closed doors in a white uniform about it but they will not speak to someone who, They have known for good part of there lives.
It amazes me to see the human species so timid, so spellbound in this digital age, So closed and private like there smartphones So encrypted.
Where were your secrets when there was No digital greatness or sound I say (weakness)?
They were quietly tucked away in the hearts of your loved ones. Your family, your friends.
Your are not required to spend life second guessing yourself. Be free, be willing to share, to seek, to forgive.
On the flip side, Please be willing to smile, listen and reassure the ones to come to you for your advice, To lean on your shoulders.
Do give them your shoulder, Your digital life cab wait, their physical one can’t.
